Mr. Roy made it emphatically clear by OFFERING PROOF that his CIVIL RIGHTS were DEPRIVED, HIS FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS, VESTED PROPERTY RIGHTS, PRIVACY RIGHTS, HIS ESTOPPEL RIGHTS even his rights to a jury TRIAL as granted to even terrorists, were deprived by the WALTON COUNTY and denied by the District Court and they were all stolen and AMERICA STOOD STILL and that He suffered continuous human abuses and attempts to his life as a DOCUMENTED HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SUFFERER coupled with continuous mental anguish. Such claims can be met by tangible proofs that The JUDGES DO NOT HAVE. and the HIGH COURT ACCEPTED SUCH at the expense and the detriment of a United States Citizen and a foreigner who worked as hard as anyone else in America

Meanwhile the CASTLE dream stayed and swelled more and more in his mind till after working for twenty five years in America, he decided to build the greatest monumental endeavor ever in REAL ESTATE. Said he, I dreamed of a CASTLE CITY. Such, attracted the attention of Donal Trump's real estate Division for they wanted to finance every castle if all encumbrances placed by the WALTON COUNTY in the State of Florida, could be removed. Such a development could attract millions to America every year and that could increase our revenue also just like one of the SEVEN WONDERS OF THE WORLD, THE HANGING GARDEN OF BABYLON in ancient times, said Mr. Roy. However, as an experienced manfacturer from Accutech Industries, and an Award Winner for Total Quality Management, He knows that creating a prototype before a large production is the way of quality. So, he bought a piece of vacant land for $1,300,000.00 to test the concept. Then, he applied for a Development Order (DO) at the Walton County, which was granted him on May 4, 2004 with a one year expiration. (see DO# 40119) In other words, they gave him 12 months to develop the land. Yet, he beat that record by finishing to the complete satifaction of the Walton County on December 14, 2004 upon which his letter of credit or (LOC) was returned to him, as Legitimate Proof that Mr. Roy satisfied the requirements of the (WALTON COUNTY as stated on the site plan. ) And, he did it in seven months to everybody's amazement and that was during the month of December 2004 when he completed the infrastructure of his development. Then, after confirming with the Powers-that-be and obtaining about nine go aheads from the Chief Building Professional Mr. Billie Bearden at the County and the Development Order Inspector Mr. Jim Harman, he proceeded by fencing his property for his Castles subdivision called "CHATAUX DE PARIS" as the site plan reflected. Then, twice, prior to May 11, 2005, the development Order Inspector came to him and expressed a surprise because no one had complained yet about the wall that he was building. He found it starnge for he received approval from these individuals as the authority of the County. And, he relied on such information. He then replied to his recollection, That is the way it should be when someone does his work by consulting with the authorities. However, on May 10, 2005 he received an unplesant visit by a neighbor called Charlie Webb who came on his property to take pictures of his fence whom he quickly had trespassed by the County Sheriff' department. Then, the day after, on May 11, 2005, a date you may remember, about the same time as what happened close to the Capitol, the Walton County sent two white men in a little white truck with a prepared Stop Work Order to stop his property and encumber his private domain without "probable cause" they entered his property and planted a Stop Work Order which annuled the property appraised then after his development at $11,300,000.00 such STOP WORK ORDER rendered his property unmarketable till he lost the property through foreclosure. Please note that Mr. Roy had three interested parties and one bonified Sale Contract when the Walton County did this vilain act. Mr. Roy became the FIRST BLACK MAN IN AMERICA WHO HAD EVER LOST SUCH A SIZABLE REAL ESTATE PROPERTY. He has been crying out since then till he found out that his property was located in an area that HISTORICALLY has been RACIALLY SEGREGATED in Northern Florida. Please note in closing that the State of Florida is FEDERALLY FUNDED and the TWO FED JUDGES STATED THAT THE STATE IS HISTORICALLY RACIALLY SEGREGATED. The 1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT TITLE VI states clearly that no agency funded by the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT can be RACIALLY SEGREGATED beside more than 30 U.N. resolutions.
